It's on page 193 of Corbin & Hardy's "The Burlington in Transition" -- not Steam Locos.  Much to my surprise, I could find no mention of  Lines East and/or Lines West in the extensive index of Overton's 623 pg. "Burlington Route:  A History of --- "!
