  hi;i would bet they will place two barges under it and jack it up and float it out, demo the center swing pier,drill the charge holes before floating the swing span,after swing span is floated away

It took CP 3 days of out of service time to replace the swing span on the Black River here in La Crosse. To do that in the 2 prior years they had built the piers an replaced sections of the approach
