I have a photo of a single-sheathed boxcar with a road number of CB&Q 27289. The car resembles class XM-28, but my records don&#8217;t show that number in the XM-28 series (25000-25499). The car has

Dont think so, the 7 is pretty clear, but the first number is partially obscured. However, the first number looks a lot like the third number, so Im pretty sure both are 2s. The 8 is clear, but the 9
