Not to nit pick, in the interest of not creating a distance and timing issue, Rochelle is actually about 40 miles west of Aurora, (just West of I-39 and Rt 38) and if possible shouldn't be missed.

The CB&Q looked as only at switches. Switches was followed as properly shown. As I said, at this date, Congress Park to Highlands and West Hinsdale to Downers Grove were not CTC. That made the rules
