The west switch at Oregon is about 2000 feet west of Devil's Backbone Road, just beyond the sand plant. It does not extend into the Burlington Road cut. As Ryan mentioned, the track layout is unusual

I did a little scoping on HistoricAerials.com to identify #77. I wasn't sure if it was the Route 59 or Ogden Avenue overpass, but I noticed the signal bridge in the background and pinned it as Ogden.
