Whenever the subject of GN run through power on the Q came up while we working Karl Rethwisch started out by saying the GN F units were all worn out. Then he would tell the story of being the fireman on an eastbound train on the C&I at River st in Aurora and the entire front pilot on lead GN F unit fell off.

If i am remembering correctly he thought that incident helped end the run through pool.

I have come across photos in the BRHS collection of GN run through F units on freight.

It is pure speculation without viewing  the video but I would guess that it probably shows Q E-units with an ex-GN B-unit on the Western Star. That was a resurrection of the passenger pool that ran in the early 1960s .   The power sets ran from Chicago through to Havre, Montana, the traditional point for motive power changes on the GN transcontinental trains.   Other than a possible dead-in -transit move or the aforementioned Omaha-Chicago meat/express train, it is a safe bet that Q E-units and freight power did not operate together in the same consist.
