Thanks for that information, Hol. To me its really exciting to hear that the 9912AB, two of the last three existing E5's on the Q proper, operated primarily to the Twin Cities, since this is the line I model! Of course, since they also occasionally operated to Denver, that covers a lot of Q modelers.

 

Dave Lotz: You're probably already on top of this, but it would seem to me from my research and Hol's comments that 9912A and 9912B would be two numbers Rapido would definitely want to do since these were the last E5's running on the Q proper along with 9915B, all trade-in to GE in 3/65 for the U25B's. They would cover the longest date range for any Q E5's in the red nose era and a wide geographic operating range.
