Here is the latest operations-oriented video on the HO scale Colorado & Southern Ry, “Class Yard Foreman”, episode 13.

Twenty-four trains begin or end their journeys in Denver’s Rice Yard every day.  And each of those trains is built or taken apart by the Class Yard Foreman.  When his boss -- the Yardmaster -- calls, he better have the next scheduled train ready to go!

 

This is the most popular job at C&S Northern Division operating sessions – it’s usually the first one selected.  And it's easy to see why…
