Thanks Bill for a look at operations back in the good old days.

1) sure looks car utilization at its finest. Get those foreign road cars loaded 
and more or less headed back in the direction of the home road to reduce per 
diem.
2) Cars are destined for interchange at Congress Park to the IHB.
3) have wonder if they all fit on the south wye ?
