I looked at the ISS Gallery and recognized some photos of Mike Spoor's layout.  I talked to Tim M. at ISS.  He has the manufacturers' drawings of the CB&Q signals.  We have started a conversation regarding this topic.  Thank you for your help.

I know someone locally who worked with them recently to put signals on his layout. They are available as built up or as kits.
