If you are looking for model railroad signals, the late Mike Spoor's fantastic CB&Q HO scale layout had his signals done by Integrated Signal Solutions. If you look at the Gallery section of the ISS web site, you will see pictures of Mike's layout with the signals displayed.

I know someone locally who worked with them recently to put signals on his layout. They are available as built up or as kits.
