Thanks for the clarification. The thing that confused me was the image of the yellow Form 19, then you mentioned a yellow sheet over a green sheet, which further confused me. Confusion is a way of life at eighty.

The pad had about 50 green flimsies. unde the heavier paper cover sheet to protect them.

Hello Ed,

Train order forms typically come in tablets with the green flimsy paper underneath a top cover sheet of yellow or whitish color paper.
