The OL coaches were what you would expect for a car made 34 years ago.  They were plated cars with the truck cut-outs (see the link.)  The interiors were bare brass with no seats and no clear window material.  The window gasket areas had no relief.  The underbody was minimal and poorly represented. The trucks were basic and seem to show a bit too much of the bolster, to me.  I think you could take off the shroud, but the truck sides were one piece coined sides. They did roll fine, but could be improved with modern wheels and replacement trucks, if desired. Though they claim to cover the whole range of the pre-war coaches, there were some differences in them that are not reflected on the model.  Overall it is a nice car that could be improved with some additional cost and work.

A much better model was done by Shoreham Shops LTD.  These also need interiors and glazing, but are a much better detailed model.  As such, they command a higher price.
