I always saw Bob in Ottumwa when there were train shows in the mall. He didn't always know the source of his material as sometimes large envelopes stuffed full of material with no donor name were left at his door. He told me that he once filled in for the Danville, Iowa agent for two weeks and it was a rough two weeks because the agent was also the town mayor and the school board president.
