Are you sure that is a PRR car?
I know B&O had some single door express cars about that size, but the only PRR cars I know of that have the right general shape are the R50 express reefers ( and their variations of the R50… ) but those have ice hatches on the roofs and the doors are flush to the car sides, not recessed….
