The reporting marks are T.T.X. 476996, not CB&Q. The CB&Q
owned the rack. Trailer Train owned the car.
The Morning Sun book Auto Rack Color Guide Vol. 1 has a photo of
TTX 476981 with a Burlington owned tri-level rack on page 49. The
photo was taken in February 1964.
The caption says ACF provided the TTX class F85A as part of the
series 476650-476999 built in October 1960. The caption goes on to
say that ACF cushioned tri-level auto racks were applied in
December 1960 to cars TTX 476981-476998. The caption goes on to
state this is a rare example of a block of sequential number cars
assigned to one railroad.
