Hi Rupert, This would be TTX 476996 which is part of the 476000-476999 series 1,000 car order of TTX F85A 85' flat cars built by ACF from Mar 1960 to Oct 1960. It is a CB&Q rack but not a CB&Q car. (This info comes from the book The TTX Story, Vol. 1, p. 139) So are you saying this car already had a tri-level CB&Q auto rack installed? Or are the reporting marks actually CB&Q 476996. Any chance of posting the photo? On a side note, it would be cool to find a roster of what TTX cars got CB&Q auto racks.
