You didn’t say anything about accuracy to the prototype. BLI has refurbs of their latest F3 offering for $240 (https://www.broadway-limited.com/4820emdf3abatsf18l18awarbonnetschemeparagon3sounddcdccho-1.aspx - you will need to select them from the list). Trainworld has them new for $285 (https://www.trainworld.com/manufacturers/broadway-limited/broadway-limited-4821-emd-f3-a-unpowered-b-cb-q-116-a-116-b-w-sound-dcc/ ). Intermountain and Walthers (Proto2000) both offered versions in the past, but you’ll probably have to resort to finding them on places like eBay. The old Stewart/Bowser sets are still around too, but you’ll probably need to equip them for DCC / sound on your own.
