Warren, You didn’t indicate what scale you are interested in. If it is HO or N scale models of the F units, I can’t help you there, but if you are looking for O scale, Sunset 3RD Rail recently delivered an excellent model of the F3s which match the Q’s first group of F3s. They are planning a second run and I believe that they are still taking orders. The models are DC/DCC with sound and are priced at about $700 per unit. My set from the first group is 116 ABCD.
