The No.7 (waycar and some wood passenger cars) and No.2 Wood Beam Trucks are available from Shapeways from Eric Cox in both HO and N Scales.
They are very well done. I’ve put wheelsets into the N Scale versions and they roll very well.
Below is the link to his shop on Shapeways Panamint Models shop.

Shapeways has or had 3d printed trucks without wheels in HO and N a few years back. I bought several sets for my kits to be built ........ The trucks looked good to me. But I never put wheelsets in them and tried them out.

I had to dig under the layout, found three CBQ kits, along with some CGW and MSTL kits. All the Q kits have trucks, ladders, decals etc. Just waiting for someone to build them. The trucks have even been painted at some point in the past.

Ken,
If your worried about showing your age and you only had to check the shelf by the workbench, I'm impressed. Most of us would have to check a CLOSET!!

To make it more embarrassing, I just checked the shelf by the workbench and I also have the kit.
