Well, I believe that pretty much nails it!

 

Thanks to all who offered their input.  This is to help date a photo for the next BRHS Burlington Bulletin on Keokuk, Iowa, and the various Burlington lines through it.  This is going to be an issue you won’t want to miss!

I'm pretty confident that is a 1940 Packard 110 Business Coupe.  I explored purchasing a vintage Packard a couple of years ago and that model is one I looked at.  With my wife's encouragement, I came to conclude that I didn't need another hobby!  ;-)
