that's a Packard..look at those hubcaps with a red center "thing"
My grandfather had a 1941 Packard 110 which he inherited from his uncle. It was a 4 door sedan...I know that this one is not, but there is something about the "Packard look" that makes them unique and this vehicle has it.

The car in question
has the headlights partially faired into the fenders, much like the '38 Studebaker, although the Stude's fuel filler is on the wrong side. I think the Packard checks all the boxes.
