Don, The Bulletin does not contain the plans you are looking for. It covers Aurora, Galesburg, Davenport, North La Crosse, Lincoln, McCook, Alliance, Sheridan, and Casper. I don't believe either Zephyr contains what you are looking for either as I know Z74 covered the La Crosse Meet and included a photo of the depot from one of the tours. Does anyone have a copy of either Zephyr #46 or #74? Those contain info on the Pepin, WI depot which I would like to try and recreate for my La Crosse division themed layout.
