Peter,

Yes the Spectrum is a baggage - coach and the 9765-9770 series were a baggage - 
mail set up. The front end is similar but you would have to rebuild the sides 
to be correct.

It would have been painted green with red and yellow front end. The only gas 
electric painted silver that I am aware of is 9767 when it was used with the 
Silver Pendulum.
