Hello Peter and All - That model of the 1307 looks to me like it started as a Model Die Casting 'Roundhouse' 0-6-0. The cab has been redone and the sand domes changed out. The tender looks to be a decent oil to coal conversion of the original Roundhouse (the model, which has been available for decades, is based on an oil-burning Southern Pacific prototype). All in all a pretty good rendition of a Q switcher. PAW

30 years ago, a custom modeler in Lincoln, IL built this model of my Great Grandfather's G-1 0-6-0 #1307. I think he did a very admirable job. It passed my Grandpa's review and he spent many, many hours in #1307. I cannot find any manufacturer information on either the engine or tinder.
