Isn't there something in t he "book of rules" regarding the use of tobacco by emloyees in uniform while on duty ...or something like that..As usual I can't find my rule book for the exact wording.

Another BRHS member (Bob Campbell), who also worked with Ray Prince on the dinkies contacted me off list. He reminded me that Ray always had a stogie stub in his mouth. I had totally forgotten that detail.
