Looking at the online instructions for my MP990 it appears that I will be able to duplicate the strip film/slide holder with a custom one made from styrene that will hold the 35mm aperture cards in the correct orientation and give good results.

I will have to dig out slides to scan as well with the stock holder!!

Son of a gun!!!!

I looked at my Canon MP990 printer/scanner and it has a 35mm film strip holder built into the lid!   Never read the instructions if the thing came with any!!!

I will play with it when I get a chance and report back to all when I get through playing with it later this week.  I’ve got a consulting project to finish up before I can experiment.
