He has been approached many times but he sadly refuses to sell and it just sits and rusts away. The CSX connection has also been removed and clearances changed so the only way for it to get out would be heavy haul semi. Looking through the ones I got from Dave Berg, if the class is with a title in the top center it does not have a hyphen (K4), if it appears in a box in the top right it has hyphens (K-4). Charlie - Interesting point on how to state class designations, with or without hypens. The Corbin book uses hypens such as in O-1-A. That's why I use hypens. However, Burlington Route Steam Finale does not use hypens such as in O1A. And I think that over the years I've seen it both ways in the BRHS Bulletins. I've got some original Steam Diagram Books, but I'd have to dig them out of a box. Can someone with a diagram book handy look in their's to see how class designations are stated? I'd be interested in knowing. I agree in that we should use the "proper" format, whatever that may be.
