Steve,

I don’t know the model or the manufacturer of the Q / C&S whistles, but there 
are recordings of both the 909 and the USRA mikes on the C&S. Maybe you could 
match the whistle from the tsunami sound files. Somewhere, I seem to recall 
that the Q used Nathan five chime whistles on many of their locomotives.
