[CBQ] Timetables & rules

I have been doing a little reading on the history of signals which 
prompted my question on CB&Q signals.  The discussion has brought up 
other questions that may be answered by timetables and rule books.  I 
see there are two timetables, general and employee, plus other rule 
books for engineers, conductors, maintenance, etc all available for 
decent prices on eBay.  What set of books, timetables, etc would give a 
good picture of operations in the late 40s, early 50s timeframe?  I am 
mostly interested in the branchline from Alexandra, MO west.
