I have been to his site but had forgotten to look at it again. I do not
believe he is active as the content has not been updated for 10 years.
The area is of particular interest to me. My uncles had a cabin on the
river at Alexandra. Their shop was in Wayland, I went to High School in
Kahoka, elementary school in Ashton, my father owned a gas station in
Medil, worked for a farmer just outside Luray and stopped at a little
store there many times, and another Uncle lived in Arbela. I remember
the once a week train in the early 60s but not much. I left the area in
64 and have visited the area only a few tines since.
