Bill,
The HO car sides are very thin, especially the brass car sides, so I just mount the window tint to the inside wall of the car. I don't know how you could flush mount the tint to a thick car side without cutting each window pane to fit. I can't help you on this one!

Hi Jim:
Thanks again for your response.
Do you mount your window glazing "flush" with the car sides ?
In 3-rail O-gauge, most model passenger cars do not have the window glazing flush with the car sides. Instead, the window glazing material is attached in strips on the inside of the car body, so there is an offset by the thickness of the car body to the window glazing.
Atlas-O's new California Zephyr cars have the window glazing flush with the car body & even have the black gasket. To me, this is "detail over kill".
Is there any easy way to create flush window glazing for streamlined cars ?
Thanks in advance, Bill H
