I received an e-mail response from Rosco with the spec sheet for #4430 CalColor 30 Cyan. It is made of deep-dyed Polyester on a PET (Polyethylene Terephthalate) substrate. The thickness is 2.0 mil. Although Rosco has no specific adhesive recommendations, they state that many of their customers use 3M Adhesive Spray to attach Rosco filters to windows. Does anyone have any experience with other adhesives and/or hobby glues & cements ? Thanks in advance, Bill H
