Probably was because on the plat maps I'm looking at shows a roundhouse on the North side of the Q main,west of the I.C.xing. Seems about where the metal mfg company was in later times.

Found this in a 1929 plat map.

Joe can you advise what all the tracks parallel and south of the Q mains and west of the IC xing served? By the 70s there was a feed mill with only two tracks located there, as I recall.
