This is not Yender Rd. Yender is 1/2 mile to the
east of the bridge, one block west of Yackley. It does not, or ever did cross
the tracks. Yender is along the tangent track, while the bridge in question
is in a curve. It IS Beau Bien Blvd. If you check the photos at
historicaerials.com for Lisle, Il., you will see the bridge. It was removed some
time between 1974 and 1988. There are many photos taken from the bridge in
books, and is shown several times in Green Frogs Chicago Odessy video. Referred
to as Calender Curve.

tracks in Lisle IL
I
am going with Yender Rd because a couple of other people have identified
it that way. It was a nice quiet spot to take pictures; now it's a
yuppie enclave.

Also, I realized I have the bridge identified as Yender Road.
There are other pictures in the 'net that also identify it as that.
So...take your pick - Essex or Yender???
