It would be my opinion that they are far more repack locations,as any RIP track of any modest size would be equipped to repack.
Eola, Savanna, La Crosse, Cicero, come immediately to mind.

I looked at the system map for the missing packing locations, and I propose Frannie, WY for FRN and Dubuque, IA for DB. Are there other plausible locations. I’m stumped on SE unless it’s Seneca, NE. Anybody else wish to hazard a guess, or better yet, have the definitive answer?

Great Northern had a series of "codes" (or abbreviations) th
at it used to indicate locations where truck journals had been repacked. Did Burlington have something similar, and if so does anyone have a "decoder list?"
