Sheridan, WY comes to mind as well. That was a big RIP track. Also, Beardstown repacked cars. Hol had a list of mechanical symbols in one of his motive power books.

It would be my opinion that they are far more repack locations,as any RIP track of any modest size would be equipped to repack.

Eola, Savanna, La Crosse, Cicero, come immediately to mind.
