Doug's right about the sign, and this third image (attached) clearly gives us the best chance of identifying the location. That's a distinctive sanding tower, and what about that building tower hiding behind the smokestack at the far left? It's a reasonably big city, and that's a fair sized roundhouse. It all seems reminiscent of Peoria to me, but I haven't been at the Q facilities there since 1963 and don't remember much. Hol
