I tried to wok on the name on the building just in front of the locomotive, but had no luck. Maybe the original print is sharper. I also agree with Nolen Null that the second photo on E-Bay was probably taken at the same time and place.

Eagle Window and Door used to be Carr, Adams and Collier Company and their plant was downtown near the river and the RR.
