Any of you east end guys care to offer an explanation of this photo being offered on eBay?

http://www.ebay.com/itm/208-40s-Railroad-Action-Burlington-Zephyr-Vtg-35mm-Kodachrome-Slide-Red-/141403823550?pt=LH_DefaultDomain_0&hash=item20ec531dbe

The seller says 1940s, based on the Kodak red border slide mount.  With that many domes it's clearly an excursion run of some sort, presumably with the Twin's dome-parlor-obs on the rear and the 300-series dining-parlor-obs  backwards up front so it could be on the rear on the return run (which would leave the dome seats facing backward).  The truck skirts are gone from the E5, so it's at least very late 1940s or early 1950s.  Kind of hard to remove this many cars from regular Twin service for an excursion, though.  Fall foliage trip maybe?  And I'm sure all of you will be able to tell me the location.

Thanks!

Hol
