It could be???  I may have misspoke on the date I now would back date that to

  Harold - Do you think the image might indeed be of the actual first through 
run sometime around 1922 when the Wind River Canyon line was completed? The K2 
certainly looks a little bit worse for wear and the roadbed pretty much looks 
to be dirt, untreated ties and light rail. From the tired looking crew on the 
pilot to the cowboys on horses, certainly a varied group on hand to celebrate 
whatever event it was.
