Hi Bill, and LWS :>) Well, the 'phone hasn't rung in the middle of the night since, LOL But, I hadn't realized retirement was going to be so much work, sitting on a locomotive seat is lots easier :>) The trucks on a MAC were/are dirty black, on the ugly orange motors, they're silver. The "BN" nose emblem was Cascade Green, the only "real" green left over after the dark green & cream. I had one on the point a year or so back where somebody had "repainted" the "BN", after the Santa Fe painted them over, with a black marker. There were some fans from Colo. who took some pics as I was coming out of Cordero with it. __._,_.___
