The baggage car would have to be Silver Treasure, which contained a steam generator, because none of the four shovel nose A units contained them. In the case of the Denver Zephyr, the B units contained the steam generator while it was in the power lounge car of the Twin Cities Zephyr.

Great and interesting photo!

The baggage (mail storage) car behind the locomotive is a post-war baggage car with full skirts, possibly "Silver Treasure" or similar built by Budd in 1948. The RPO is similar to pre-war cars Silver Mail and Silver Sheen.

Following the heavyweight baggage (mail storage) car are two pre-war chair coaches with a Diner-Parlor-Observation car bringing up the rear.

The equipment built for the "Silver Streak Zephyr", when introduced in 1940 included:

9909 "Silver Bullet" (reportedly re-assigned to Sam Houston Zephyr in 1944 for a period)

Baggage Car "Silver Light" (not pictured here)
Baggage-RPO "Silver Sheen"
52 seat Chair Coach "Silver Gleam"
52 seat Chair Coach "Silver Glow"
Diner Parlor Observation "Silver Spirit"
