Clarification - the date of 12/31/27 is handwritten at the top of the valuation page.  At the bottom is typed “Revised Feb. 10, 1930”.

The ICC valuation at the end of 1927 shows that there were 9.199 miles of track but “There are no bridges and no buildings of any consequence”.  It also noted that the BSCTR owned no equipment but trackage rights were held by CB&Q, EJ&E and CRI&P.
