The CB&Q's Francis Line or H Line was constructed in the years 1903-1904. The surveyors missed the Lincoln County town of Truxton, by about a mile and established a station in Warrenton County that was called New Truxton. This line was removed in the 1982-83 time period. The firm of Grossause-Peterson had the contract to remove the rails.
The website Missouri Depots has photos of  many CB&Q depots in Missouri. Jack Forbes has put together a great collection of Missouri depots.
Most Missouri depots had a stock pen from which local farmers shipped livestock. There was a water tank at Hawk Point so there was no reason for one at New Truxton.
Yes, this line did host some crack passenger trains at one time, but toward the end there was one freight train each way.
