I met Mike about a year and half ago when he was in Omaha for a large operating session. I asked about Volume 5 as I am a Lines West person. He said he and his son were concentrating on the layout and judging by the photos he showed, he was definitely doing a great job. I hope the best for him and while I hope to see the book, there are other things much more important!
