[CBQ] new book finally done

I've posted in the past that I've been working on a book called "Rails Around 
Missouri". I've even posted a CB&Q shot or two for the group to review. 

The book is now finished and will be available May 1st. Chapters 1-3 contain 
CB&Q/BN images, including some from Lance Garrels, Bob Gibson, Tom 
Gildersleeve, Mike Haper and Jan Kohl. Between now and May 1st I'll be posting 
a preview on my website, and when those previews are CB&Q, I'll share that link 
here.
