Not quite apparently.  Searching under CB&Q _AND_ Burlington gives a response 
that those terms are not in their data base.  Closest I could get was BN and 
under their heading of 'Old Name' [of the railroad] they show . . . NOTHING!

Maybe, at best, it's a work in progress.
