I've only been paying half-attention to the discussion, but we have a great resource in the original Otto Perry photographs that have been scanned to a very high resolution in the Western History collection at Denver Public Library. http://cdm15330.contentdm.oclc.org/cdm/singleitem/collection/p15330coll22/id/63235/rec/1 http://cdm15330.contentdm.oclc.org/cdm/singleitem/collection/p15330coll22/id/43832/rec/1 http://cdm15330.contentdm.oclc.org/cdm/singleitem/collection/p15330coll22/id/43840/rec/1 are three photos taken in July, June and September of 1940 (truck skirts still on), and show to good detail the roof-hugging contour of the B-unit radiators when zoomed way in.
