Charlie and All - Waaaay back when.....Little Engines Co. offered pieces and parts for a 4-6-4 and a 4-8-4 in O gauge live steam. Little Engines was much better known for their "kits" for inch-and-a-half scale live steamers and was a major player in live steam for many years. The 4-6-4, although generic, could have been dressed up and painted as an S4. Just add DCC and..............PAW From: Charlie Vlk <cvlk@comcast.net> To: CBQ@yahoogroups.com Sent: Thu, March 29, 2012 2:07:48 PM Subject: RE: [CBQ] swap meet find Somewhere I recall a photo of a live steam O Scale CB&Q Hudson but I can’t come up with it in the Model Railroader search engine. I did come across several photos of Corbin’s locomotives and also a guy named Anderson in Chicago who was building a fleet of them with some other guys. Then there were the Burlington Junior engines (including a decent Aeolus 4000) that ran on the layout in the basement of the funeral home in Cicero. Charlie Vlk

Thanks, guys, and also those who wrote me direct. I guess who built the Live Steam 1/4" Hudson in my friend's collection will remain a mystery. Richard Forst, Tualatin, OR __._,_.___
